ডিজিটাল বাংলাদেশ গড়তে দক্ষ জনশক্তি বা দক্ষ ঞ্জিনিয়ারদের ভূমিকা যে কত গুরুত্বপূর্ন, তা বুঝা যায় বিভিন্ন প্রাইভেট, স্বায়ত্বশাসিত কোম্পানি ও সরকারি প্রতিষ্ঠানের অরগানোগ্রাম দেখলে। যেখানে একজন সহকারী প্রকৌশলী / ডিগ্রী ইঞ্জিনিয়ার এর অধীনে ৫/১০ জন উপ সহকারী প্রকৌশলী / ডিপ্লোমা ইঞ্জিনিয়ার থাকে। মূলত এই সকল কোম্পানী / প্রতিষ্ঠানে সরাসরি অপারেশন এবং মেইনটেন্সের কাজে জড়িত থাকে ডিপ্লোমা ইঞ্জিনিয়ার। তাই আমাদের ডিপ্লোমা ইঞ্জিনিয়ারদের কে দক্ষ ও প্রযুক্তি নির্ভর করে তোলার লক্ষ্যে অটোমেশন ল্যাব ২০১২ সাল থেকে কাজ করে আসছে। অটোমেশন ল্যাব এখন ইঞ্জিনিয়ারদের দক্ষতা অর্জনের লক্ষে অনলাইন ট্রেইনিং করানো হচ্ছে। নিম্নের কোর্স টি কোন ইন্ডাস্ট্রিতে কাজ করে এমন ইলেক্ট্রিক্যাল/ইলেক্ট্রনিক্স/ মেক্যালিক্যাল ইঞ্জিয়ার বা ওই সকল কাজ করেবা করতে অগ্রহী নন টেকনিক্যাল পার্সন করতে পারবে ।

- অনলাইন ট্রেনিং শেষে পার্টিসিপেন্টদের সার্টিফিকেট প্রদান করা হবে। চাকুরীর জন্য আমাদের Job Placement এর ব্যাবস্থা রয়েছে। Job Placement এর মাধ্যমে বিভিন্ন বেসরকারি কোম্পানিতে চাকুরীর ব্যাবস্থা করা হয়।
